Hayley is a consultant, coach and professional speaker who specialises in neurodiversity and neurodivergence in the workplace. 

Diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia more than two decades and more recently as autistic, Hayley experienced firsthand hand the damage a lack of inclusion can cause. 

Hayley uses her lived experience, extensive research and connection with neurodivergent colleagues, and storytelling to support others to have a great day at work, regardless of neurotype.
