A huge thank you to the Institute of Government & Public Policy for their virtual conference on Tackling Domestic Violence and Abuse 2021. Amazing and passionate talks from Shadow Minister for Domestic Violence Jess Philips MP and Domestic Abuse Commissioner Nicole Jacobs. I hope to use this learning in my role as a prison officer, and hopefully help survivors of domestic violence by providing them and their families more support and assisting with their recoveries.
