Amy trained a learning disability nurse in the early1990s and spent many years working with children's and adults as well as leading multi agency support services. Always interested in Autism and more recently in a wider range of neuro diversity Amy has coached a range of professionals, managers and leaders many of who are who are neuro distinct. In 2014 Amy and her co founder set up The Wellbeing Collective with the aim of providing coaching, facilitation and training to people at work.Amy specialises in using positive psychology and strengths-based approaches such as Appreciative Inquiry (AI) and Nero Linguistic Programming. (NLP). Amy is fiercely committed progressing social inclusion and building compassionate cultures. The Wellbeing Collective lead EDI programmes for the NHS, Councils, Universities and others.The topic today focusses on how micro coaching can enhance people who are neuro distinct, their colleagues and managers work collaboratively and successfully.
