Toni is a leading advocate in the neurodiversity community. She has a distinguished 17-year career at Barclays, during which time she held various leadership roles and was co-chair of the Neurodiversity ERG, leading efforts to enhance support for neurodivergent employees. Her passion for this work is deeply personal, as she was diagnosed with dyslexia at 17 and autism at 40. As a parent to a neurodivergent child, Toni channels her lived experience into meaningful change.

In recognition of her dedication, Toni received the Global Inclusive Leader Award in 2021. In 2022, she founded Think Differently With Us, an initiative that has since evolved into NeuroEmpower.org to expand its reach beyond workplace support and CPD training. Now, NeuroEmpower.org provides tailored guidance for workplaces and young adult educational settings, ensuring neurodivergent individuals receive the support they need to thrive.

Toni is also an author, having released her children’s book, Emily’s Unique Melody, in February, a heartfelt story for children who may struggle at school, celebrating the beauty of neurodivergent strengths. Through her work, Toni continues to advocate for a more inclusive world, empowering individuals, families, and organisations to embrace neurodiversity with confidence and understanding.
