I’m a confident, outgoing, tenacious and loyal professional, with a real passion for designing integrated HR strategies & solutions aligned to the organisation’s needs. A mentor & change agent with a results & performance focus and international multi-cultural experience & understanding.

I’m a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and Co-Chair of the CIPD West of Scotland. I’m a qualified Mental Health First Aider, with a coaching skills qualification and experience of applying various personality & psychometric profiling & development tools including SHL, MBTI, Belbin, 4 Room Apartment, Situational Leadership, DISC, and Predictive Index. I’m also a passionate menopause campaigner, with a mission of removing the stigma and opening up the conversation around menopause within workplaces.
