Sarah McIntosh is the Director of Delivery at Mental Health First Aid England, a not for profit social enterprise, whose mission is to train 1 in 10 of the adult population in mental health knowledge and skills. Her role supports workplaces with their mental health training needs and provides support to a network of over 4000 Mental Health First Aid Instructors to deliver impactful training that improves people’s confidence, skills and knowledge around supporting their own and others mental health. Sarah’s career has included leading on HR, culture, diversity and mental health & wellbeing and she spent many years leading on diversity and wellbeing at The Co-operative Bank.
