James works as a subject matter expert in technical operations' recruitment for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, while also recruiting for France, at Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, he is a member of the Novartis global DEI leadership team where he represents Neurodivergent associates. He has had numerous opportunities to speak on DEI including keynote speeches and a panel discussion alongside Novartis board members at Novartis headquarters in Switzerland. He is also Co-Lead of the Novartis Disability Support Network for Switzerland. Prior to joining Novartis, James worked in UK politics for a Member of Parliament and senior government cabinet minister before beginning his life sciences' career journey as a recruiter for a major global healthcare recruitment company where he also co-chaired the DEI employee support network for Disabilities and Neurodivergence in the workplace.
