Dr Rebecca Montacute is the Head of Research and Policy at the Sutton Trust, the UK’s leading social mobility charity. Rebecca is an expert on educational inequality and social mobility, from the early years through to schools, apprenticeships, higher education and access to the workplace. She authored the Sutton Trust’s guide for employers on improving social mobility in the workplace, and has given advice to a wide variety of organisations on how they can improve socio-economic diversity in their workforce.
