Designing Better Experiences For Better Outcomes

Government has entered an era of human-centred design: where priority is placed on people’s needs and what is most convenient for them, putting user, and citizen experiences first. However, it could be said that a gap often exists between government interactions – both citizens and employees – and stakeholders’ expectations. As technology advances, demographics shift, and citizen expectations evolve, the UK government has an opportunity to re-evaluate and rearchitect how and where work gets done.

Within this ServiceNow session with Ian Ashby, we will share and discuss the top of mind challenges our government customers have identified when building an experience-driven organisation with helpful hints and tips on how to overcome those to improve staff, and citizen outcomes.
