Resilient Leadership Course – CMI Level 7

Overview

The current economic and business climate is marked by uncertainty, making change a constant. As a result, it is crucial for leaders to develop personal strategies for physical and emotional resilience, and to encourage these behaviors within their organizations.

Resilience, or the ability to adapt to adversity, is an important trait for leaders to possess in order to thrive. Effective leaders demonstrate resilience by staying in control, remaining grounded, and being flexible in the face of uncertainty. Without these qualities, leaders may become inflexible and struggle to cope with the changing landscape. The Resilient Leadership course has been designed to teach leaders the practical skills and tools needed to be more resilient.

By completing the course, leaders can not only improve their own resilience, but also share the learning with their teams, helping others to develop resilience as well. Resilient leaders are able to navigate complex and challenging environments while driving performance and growth.
