The CMI Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring Development Programme reflects current practice, focusing on the role in leading the organisation and managing for success. The course will help individuals develop a better understanding of their own strengths, weaknesses and the influence they can have on others.

Coaching and mentoring is a significant component of the learning and development strategy of successful organisations worldwide. This course is designed for leaders who have responsibility for developing and implementing a coaching strategy across their organisation, or those who want to enhance their own personal competency.

Over the four day course, you will learn and apply coaching practice in a monitored environment. Experience and reflect upon different coaching approaches, develop a sound understanding of effective coaching methods, and learn how to adapt and develop your own approach to leadership within your organisation. At this level, the course will focus on individual self-awareness and coaching practice, plus the application of coaching and mentoring into the strategic organisational environment.
