Qualifications
CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice
Upon completion of the Senior Leadership Programme, learners have the opportunity to progress towards the CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice.
This qualification is ideal for those aiming to strengthen their strategic leadership capabilities at a senior, director, or CEO level. It equips learners with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to lead complex business functions and drive organisational success.
To achieve the certificate, learners must complete two written assignments of 3,500–4,000 words:
Unit 704: Developing Organisational Strategy
Unit 714: Personal and Professional Development for Strategic Leaders
