Stuart has built a 25-year career in coaching, management, and leadership. His passion for coaching and personal development was sparked during his successful career in the health and fitness industry. Starting as a health and fitness coach, Stuart progressed through all levels, eventually taking on senior leadership roles with a range of organisations, from small independent businesses to large multi-site operators. In addition to his extensive experience in management and leadership, Stuart holds qualifications in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing Strategy and is a certified NLP Master Practitioner.
