Dr Lucy Abbott MBBS MSc FRCP (Geriatrics) is a consultant Geriatrician working at Frimley Park Hospital. She is Chief of Service for Community Services and Older People's medicine and is the chair of the Frimley Health and Care ICS Ageing Well Board.  She is also the trust lead for end of life care.  Lucy holds a masters degree in gerontology and has a passion for quality improvement and service development. She has introduced an acute frailty team, older person's short stay unit and hospital at home service. She is currently working on the integration between acute and community services, proactive frailty management in the community and introducing the ReSPECT plan at Frimley Health.
