Tony leads the PDS Delivery Services directorate, which oversees the delivery of national digital projects and programmes by, with and for policing. As a former Deputy Chief Constable for Kent Police and NPCC Lead for Courts, he has extensive experience of leading and delivering technology-enabled change, working with partners across the criminal justice system (CJS). In his current role he is also Senior Responsible Owner for PDS’s CJ transformation programmes, working closely with the NPCC Criminal Justice Co-Ordination Committee and CJS colleagues to deliver national programmes and develop CJ digital strategy. These programmes encompass the end-to-end journey to justice for victims and offenders.
