Kate leads the provision for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities across the Trust. She works with principals, SENCos, teachers, TAs, and parents to improve the experiences and outcomes of some of the most vulnerable pupils. Kate is a qualified SENCo with experience in Mainstream Secondary Schools, Pupil Referral Units, Specialist Resource Bases, and Special Schools, and as a Specialist Advisory Teacher in Oxfordshire.
