Beyond the Converted - Reaching Skeptical Managers with Neurodiversity Training

Most neurodiversity training reaches people who already care. The challenge is the sceptical manager who sees it as HR jargon or box-ticking. This talk explores how to design training that lands with people who aren't naturally interested: reframing around business outcomes, building permission rather than guilt, and speaking in the language of different audiences. The biggest culture shift comes from reaching the resistant, not preaching to the converted.
