Hamish Shah is CMI's Policy and Innovation Manager and one of the co-authors of the Everyone Economy report. He leads the delivery of a programme of innovative and impactful policy, development and analysis to influence, inform and evidence policy and practice on the link between management and leadership, equality, diversity and inclusion, job quality and the future of work. 

He has several years experience working in public policy and public affairs, and holds a masters degree in Public Policy and an undergraduate degree in Government and Politics.
