Ferzanah Ahmed is Head of the Intelligence, Insights and Change at Redbridge Council, where she seeks to champion effective performance management of the things that matter the most to residents and seek to drive impact for residents through the Council’s major programmes. She has worked in central and local government for over 20 years, including at the Ministry of Justice, and at Newham Council on projects such as the 2012 Games Programme and the Council’s Transformation Programme. At Redbridge Council, her areas of delivery have included Policy and Strategy, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, London Living Wage, and Social Value. She also leads on the Unicef Child-Friendly borough programme in Redbridge. She most recently worked as Programmes and Change Manager establishing a Corporate Project Management Office (PMO) and governance and monitoring of major programmes. She is co-chair of the Redbridge Staff Faith Network and co-chair of the London Borough’s Women’s Network
