Claire Reindorp is the CEO of Young Women’s Trust, a charity championing young women aged 18 to 30 living on low or no pay. She has spent the last 26 years tackling wide-ranging inequalities through frontline and senior roles in the third sector, working with individuals and communities, as well as building cross-sectoral coalitions for change. Claire and the YWT team are working to create a more equal world of work for young women and raise their incomes.
