Founder

Dr Iris Palmer, PhD, is the founder of Iris Leadership Insights, keynote speaker and a global corporate leadership mentor. She has worked with large global companies such as Johnson and Johnson, Amgen and Syneos Health. 

She has more than 14 years of corporate leadership experience, equipped with the knowledge and skills required for current and future work place needs applicable to both private and public sectors. Iris is solution-oriented, results-driven and works closely with senior leadership on strategy and business development operations. 

She leads, mentors, trains and manages multinational, multicultural, cross-functional hybrid teams. By accelerating her leadership journey, she attained a corporate director leadership position in under 10 years, significantly shorter timeline by the industry average of 15-20 years.

Her mission is two fold. Firstly, through strategic insights, provide innovative customised solutions, optimised processes and systems, that  will help women to overcome the barriers and shorten the distance to rise to leadership positions in today's competitive market.  Secondly, to continue to partnership with leaders to strengthen their leadership capacity, enhance mentorship/coaching culture, have a  gender balanced team, as these are the key must haves for organisations to thrive in the current and future employee market to attract and retain top talents and stay ahead of their competitors.
