Mariia Kogan (she/they) is a Senior Mentoring Officer at the University of Westminster. She has a vast amount of experience with overseeing and running individual and group mentoring programmes, that includes short- and long-term programmes, online and offline programmes. Formerly a co-chair of Mentoring and Support group at Women of Westminster, they have introduced and co-led a mentoring programme for women* in Higher Education providing career development opportunities to 50+ female leaders. Mariia is passionate about inclusive leadership, connecting people and creating environments where everyone can feel safe to be themselves, rely on their strengths, collaborate and grow alongside others while exploring where their passions lie.
