Charlie is Programme Lead of the government-backed FTSE Women Leaders Review, the UK’s business-led, voluntary framework to increase the representation of women on boards and in leadership positions across British business. Previously, Charlie held a number of positions at Lloyds Banking Group where she led the Group’s response to domestic and economic abuse and managed a number of high profile and award-winning partnerships with Mental Health UK, BBC Children in Need and the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Torch Relays Sponsorship.
