Heather is an experienced sustainably professional and Chartered Environmentalist working with Worcestershire County Council for the last 14 years.  Heather coordinates the health and housing partnership, Warmer Worcestershire and has experience project managing home energy efficiency schemes such as external wall insulation under the Green Deal, Boilers on Prescription and the Warm Homes Fund first time gas connections in the owner occupier sector.
