- Consider how collaborative and innovative solutions can support those most in need, bringing together insights from housing, healthcare, central and local government
- Understand the impact of rising energy prices on mental and physical health, demand for social providers, NHS support, and excess winter deaths
- Reflect on possible methods and solutions for overcoming fuel poverty as well as their impacts on energy supply
- Examine the current Government strategy on energy efficiency and methods for addressing fuel poverty, looking at long-term planning to mitigate harm
- Highlight the regional differences of fuel poverty and the contributing factors of household income, fuel costs, and energy consumption
- Evaluate how to support those most at risk alongside maintaining progress towards the net-zero emissions targets
