During this session, we’ll provide an overview of the conversations that Orlo’s Alex Griffiths and Rebecca Price, have been having with both prospects and customers in the public sector. We’ll be discussing the challenges they’re encountering and their top priorities for 2023, as well as identifying the main trends across social and CX for the upcoming year. With public sector organisations making up more than half of Orlo’s customer base, we are in a privileged position to share how these organisations are taking advantage of social media to better serve their communities, and also demonstrate how to successfully utilise the power of social media when faced with increasing contact volumes due to the cost of living crisis.
