Susie heads up the Care Without Carbon team in Sussex, leading a growing team to embed award winning net zero and sustainability programmes within the NHS across the south east of England. Her work covers everything from Green Plans and carbon reduction to staff engagement, circular economy and clinical sustainability.

Susie trained as a Natural Scientist at Cambridge University and has a Masters in Leadership for Sustainable Development. She is a member of Healthcare Without Harm Europe and the European Healthcare Climate Council.
