The Institute of Government and Public Policy is delighted to be hosting this event at Manchester Hall. Steeped in history, the venue is situated in the heart of Manchester city centre. Formerly a Freemason Hall, Manchester Hall was designed in 1929 by architect Percy Scott Worthington. After a sensitive multi-million pound restoration, Manchester Hall now combines traditional structure with contemporary glamour.
