David Cowell MBE is the Managing Director of ALP Schools, David prides himself on creating educational opportunities to meet the special educational needs of young people. After leaving the police in 2005, David founded an alternative provision called the Melton Learning Hub. In his 10th year leading the organisation he was awarded an MBE for his contribution to Vocational Education. In 2016, David joined ALP Schools where he has been inspirational in developing and establishing schools which empower success through bespoke and individualised learning
