Andrew O'Neill

All Saints Catholic College

Headteacher

Andrew O’Neill has been the Headteacher of All Saints Catholic College since 2016. In 2016 the school was significantly under-roll and on the brink of closure, following its conversion to a co-educational school it has become highly oversubscribed and received an Outstanding Ofsted judgement in November 2022. The school serves a largely disadvantaged but aspirational community with around 50% of pupils in receipt of Pupil Premium funding. Andrew is the Chair of the Headteacher’s collaborative group and also Chair of Schools’ Forum for RBKC which determines the designated school’s grant and high needs funding for all schools in the borough. In November 2022, Andrew won the Secondary Headteacher of the Year award in the Pearson National Teaching Awards.
