AJ (they/he) is a South Asian, Transmasc, Autistic Neuroscientist. They carved out their career in People and Culture leadership within tech startups before moving into social justice. They write the vulnerable and radically progressive Mindbodies Decolonised newsletter, and founded Wautistic Wayfinder, where they use their proprietary programme to support neurodivergent people to unlearn ableism and racism and develop a deep compassion for themselves and others. AJ also sits on the advisory board for Noetic - a startup aiming to reduce wait times and barriers to diagnosis for neurodivergent adults in the UK. AJ calls on their lived experience, professional background and their education in neuroscience to speak on gender expansiveness, neurodiversity and anti-racism, intersectionality, and the decolonisation of ourselves and our reality.
