As Director of Operations, Fiona has the responsibility to lead, develop and support the Senior leadership team. She is the driving force behind Genius Within's Social Justice Projects and also specialises in leading their high performance teams in the Employability sector.

In 2015, Fiona changed career direction; previously working as a Senior Probation Officer, she joined Genius Within. Her wealth of knowledge, experience and dive have resulted in the growth of the Social Justice team by four-fold. Recognising of the barriers that people with disabilities face, combined with her knowledge, expertise and passion, Fiona continues to drive the companies’ vision for diversity and inclusion in all sectors.
