Jack Dyrhauge is an Autistic, ADHD entrepreneur on a mission to change employment odds for the Neurodivegent talent community. Currently CEO at Neuropool who are building the largest pool of Neurodiverse talent in the UK. 

Neuropool was founded to connect leading talent to leading employers. Over 20% of the world's population are Neurodivergent and Over 100,000 neurodivergent young adults turn 18 every year in the UK. A large percentage of these young adults are not entering employment due to lack of accessibility and equal access  to career pathways and employment opportunities. He helps his clients become more accommodating to neurodivergent employees and increase the quality of their workforce by working closely with HR, recruitment and management teams.
