David is the Head of Delivery, Equality, Delivery and Wellbeing at the Home Office. His responsibilities include leading the workplace adjustments team, implementation of the Home Office Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and recently taking oversight of the department’s response to Bullying Harassment and Discrimination. Working closely with Alun Barnes, the Head of Wellbeing, there is a joint ownership to integrate and embed Wellbeing and Diversity and Inclusion throughout the Home Office, In his previous roles David has led teams of HR Business Partners in both large and corporate commands across the Home Office. In his spare time he is actively involved in supporting Adult Education, being vice chair and chair of Redbridge Institute and will shortly being moving to a voluntary board role of a national education charity.
