The Strategic Leadership Programme is designed to help professionals improve their strategic leadership performance and become more resilient and emotionally intelligent. Validated by the University of East London, this program provides the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to succeed in constantly changing and challenging environments.

During the program, participants will learn about different leadership styles and their impact on others and develop skills to manage resistance to change and lead effectively in challenging situations. They will also learn how to successfully lead and manage organizations and implement effective strategies.
