Tas is an organisational psychologist, coach and trainer. She combines her interest in research with consultancy skills in the areas of equity, justice, diversity and inclusion; health and wellbeing at work; leadership development and career decision making. Tas excels at creating psychologically safe and culturally inclusive spaces enabling opportunities for transformative dialogue and change. As an exceptional facilitator, she works across multiple sectors and industries. Tas values connection, contribution, integrity and authenticity, effectively combining a ‘human’ approach with the evidence-base psychology is grounded within. Tas is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) where she was previously co-chair of the Division of Occupational Psychology (DOP) conference and also volunteers for the Ismaili Community.
