This GP practice manager course is designed to provide existing and potential managers with the skills they need to effectively manage a GP practice.
The course focuses on the leadership and management skills necessary for success in a mid- to senior-level management position and covers topics such as evidence-based management, coaching and mentoring, conflict resolution, and change management.
It is led by a highly experienced NHS leader and includes current NHS insights, contextualized case studies, and firsthand experience of the challenges of leading in primary care. During the course, participants will expand their knowledge of practice management, reflect on their own growth in a supportive learning environment, and join a network of primary care leaders.
Please note that some of the materials and objectives may be subject to change based on the cohort's responses to pre-program questionnaires and discussions and activities during the program.
This course is delivered by InProfessional Development, our executive training delivery partner.
