The Institute of Government and Public Policy is pleased to present a two-day Clinical Managers programme aimed at new or aspiring clinical manager leaders who want to enhance their skills and knowledge to manage teams and lead confidently.

The Clinical Manager development programme has been developed to provide our delegates with skills to manage diverse, multi-disciplinary teams in the often challenging and complex clinical environment.  The course has been developed in partnership with a range of experienced clinical leaders (Primary and Secondary care) to ensure every session is contextualised and relevant.  Over the course of the programme, participants will develop their leadership competence, and have the opportunity to work through real life management challenges, in a supportive community of practice.
