Saba Khan, is the co-founder of the Northwest Women in STEM (NW-WiSTEM) community interest group, and has dedicated her career to engaging, educating, and empowering local women in STEM fields. She graduated from the University of Manchester, a highly experienced Senior Scientist with over 15 years of experience in research, academic, commercial and public sector laboratories. She is proud to have worked for the UKHSA and to have contributed to the growth and expansion of COVID-19 testing labs nationally and internationally. Now working as a Scientific Consultant, she supports biotech start-up companies with developing new medical devices.
