I am Head of Strategy at Perfect Ward, a smart inspection app that improves quality in health and home care organisations. In my role I ensure that we as a business are looking to the future and achieving our objectives, providing easy-to-use technology that helps organisations to deliver safe, quality care.

I joined Perfect Ward in August 2018 to help scale the Implementation and Support function in line with the company's ambitious growth plans. The app is currently in use in over 30 organisations, and with each subsequent implementation I am building on past knowledge. This helps me work with customers to shape the best possible question sets, and a robust review process that will work for their unique organisation.

I have worked in consulting roles across a wide range of industries, from Adult Social Care to Defense. The sector that has always resonated with me the most is Health and Social Care, where I can see how the work I do each day has a direct impact on the safety and quality of care that people receive. I'm passionate about using data to inform the decisions that are being made at all levels of an organisation to deliver real, tangible improvements.
