Alex is a tenured senior leader with extensive experience working in commercial roles in the healthcare industry. With a background in Marketing, Alex has spent his career focused on sales, marketing, transformation, customer success and sales leadership roles in the medical device sector. After 14 Years at Medtronic, working across Surgical Innovations, Cardio-Vascular and Restorative Therapies business units, Alex has developed a wealth of experience executing strategy for revenue growth across most surgical specialties. In the last 6 years, he was responsible for successfully implementing an omnichannel go to market transformation strategy that focused on delivering sustainable and profitable growth. Alex was appointed Country Director UKI at Proximie in 2021, where he is responsible for creating and leading the hospital sales business to bring the value of Proximie through improved surgical training & education and patient safety, to the NHS and private sector.
