Online Conference 12 September 2023, 9:00am - 3:00pm
Awa Ndiaye is a spoken-word poet, storyteller, facilitator, and climate change practitioner. With a background in engineering and MSc in Environmental Change and Management from Oxford, she weaves the threads of her formal education, work, lived experience, and art in unique ways to further her many interests, including climate justice. Awa's words are her gift to the world, and she uses them to remind us that the big challenges of our time, like climate change, do 'not only need the work of our minds and our hands, but also our hearts’.
