Tanya Arkle, Deputy Director, Schools Resource Management and Non-Executive Director at Diocese of Bristol Academies Trust

Tanya started her civil service career as a microbiologist before moving to a range of policy roles across government. She has worked in the Education and Skills Funding Agency since 2016. She was responsible for Academy funding in the South West and South East of England, before moving to lead the newly established School Resource Management Division.  Tanya is a strong advocate for improving diversity across Whitehall and also a non-executive director for a Multi Academy Trust in the South West.
