Sarah is Deputy Headteacher of Perryfields and leads on the Behaviour Hubs programme. Sarah had extensive experience of working in mainstream before joining the Perryfields team in 2018. Sarah is passionate about improving the life chances of vulnerable and disadvantaged pupils and shares her experience through training and supporting schools both in Worcestershire and further afield. Sarah was awarded an MBE for services to education in the King's 2024 New Years Honours list recognising the work that she has done across the country.
