Frances is Head of Research and Evidence at NCB. Frances manages a team of quantitative and qualitative researchers and oversees the design, implementation and dissemination of a range of research and evaluation studies of programmes affecting children, young people and families. Frances is a researcher by background and has led on a number of influential studies at NCB. Her role focuses on ensuring that impact and implementation evidence can be used to effect change for service users, practitioners, managers, commissioners and policy makers.
