Susan Milner is Professor of European Politics and Society at the University of Bath. Her research covers policies and actions to support women in the workplace, and ways of measuring progress in working towards gender equality in the workplace. Her book on Women and employment in public policy will appear with Oxford University Press in 2023-4. She is a member of the academic advisory board of Working Families.
