Rachel Forster is Deputy Director of Communications at HMRC, and leads on the organisation’s COVID communications response; helping businesses to understand and access support available during the pandemic.  

She has worked across disciplines – including marketing, media, internal communications, stakeholder and crisis management – and also leads on Transformation Communications at HMRC.
