Overview

Working adults spend on average one-third of their waking life at work, so the workplace is key in the health and wellbeing of the majority of the population. COVID-19 has thrown the topic of the health and wellbeing of employees into the forefront of every organisation's agendawith 75% of senior leaders agreeing employee health and wellbeing is now of paramount importance. A healthier and happy workforce has been shown to be more productive and successful.

It is important that organisations take an active role in the health and wellbeing of their employees during this unprecedented time. As we see a shift in organisational culture, it is apparent that a happy and supportive work environment leads to a more productive and successful team. And it is a change that is set to stay.

Towards Better Health And Wellbeing at Work 2022 will explore the impact COVID-19 has had on health and well-being at work, what is being done by organisations to support their employees and the rise in technology in supporting the health and well-being of staff. It will explore the future of work beyond the pandemic, the important shift in workplace culture, and what changes will be taken forward into the future.
