Violet Wanda is the Public Relations Manager at the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), where she collaborates closely with the Policy, Public Affairs, and Research teams to strengthen CMI’s media presence. Her work supports key organisational priorities, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Violet is also an active member of CMI’s Ethnicity Inclusion Hub, driving DEI initiatives as a core business priority across the organisation.
