Hamish Shah has been CMI’s Policy and Innovation Manager since 2021 and leads on the delivery of a programme of policy development and analysis to influence, inform and evidence policy and practice on the link between management and leadership, equality, diversity and inclusion, skills and apprenticeships, job quality, future of work and productivity. He also Chairs CMI’s Ethnicity Inclusion Employee Hub.
